Have you done your Number 2 today? If not, read on for a feisty little workout which will
punch your heart rate up and maximise your performance……

The aim of Number 2 is to hit 100 repetitions in 2 mins. Every exercise is 2mins only. Start light, and work your way up to it.

Gotta lovvvvvvvvve doing a Number 2 every day. It goes like this:

  1. 10 min warm up
  2. 2 mins kettle swings
  3. 2 mins overhead triceps
  4. 2 mins kettle pass-through
  5. 2 mins bench
  6. 2 mins seated row (
  7. 2 mins squats
  8. 2 mins Russian twists
  9. 2 mins one-arm kettle
  10. 2 mins Figure 8 kettle
  11. 2 mins bridge

=  30min workout that’s guaranteed to make you sweat
