With winter well and truly at our doorstep here’s a feisty little number guaranteed to get your heart rate up and lactic pumping. Easy to get your head around with only 5 pieces of equipment.

The aim? 5 stations. Each station has only 2 exercises. 50 reps on each. Once you’ve done a 50-50  on all 5 stations repeat and you are DONE.

  • 50 kettle swings
  • 50 kettle squats
  • 50 bosu situp
  • 50 bosu pushup
  • 50 seated row
  • 50 mountain climbers
  • 50 weight assisted chins
  • 50 triceps
  • 50 bicep bar curls
  • 50 toe taps

50 sec rest between stations

Repeat when finished
